MANUFACTURE AND INSTALLATION OF "TAIFUN", "TAIFUN-M"

Since 1997, MOTOR Aircraft Repair Enterprise has been providing services in agricultural sphere. Gas-dynamic facilities for disperse chemical and biological treatment of crops were designed and manufactured on the basis of the AI-9 APU. With improvements made, nowadays the list of works that are performed at gas-dynamic facilities has been considerably expanded:

• Locust pests control in all climatic zones
• Pests control on cultivated fields, as well as on abandoned fields and inarable lands
• Disease control among cultivated crops both in the fields and greenhouse complexes
• Pests control in orchards, vineyards, forests
• Fumigation of elevators and other granaries
• Desiccation of wheat and other crops
• Disinfection and disinsection of stock-raising, poultry-farming and other premises
• Chemical treatment of urban landfills

The facility has passed state tests, and has Russian code certificate No. 1535 from April 12, 2010, issued by the Russian Center for Standardization and Metrology "Rosagropromstandard" of the Ministry of Agriculture of Russian Federation.

Gas-dynamic facilities manufactured at the MOTOR Aircraft Repair Enterprise has no analogues in the Russian Federation and CIS countries because of their high productivity, quality and economy.

Gas-dynamic facilities have proven themselves in the market of agricultural enterprises and have positive feedback from agricultural specialists from Omsk, Novosibirsk Regions, Altai, Krasnoyarsk Kray and Stavropol Kray, Buryatia and the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Gas-dynamic facility "Taifun"

Universal gas-dynamic facility of disperse chemical and biological treatment "Taifun" is designed for chemical and biological treatment of agricultural crops. All components of the facility are mounted on a common frame, which makes it possible to freely install it in the body of the car ZIL 131 or KAMAZ 5320. The facility is highly mobile, completely autonomous and successfully performs its functions within a radius of up to 300 km without refueling. The tank the facility's work solution is optimized for processing 1000 hectares of farmland or forest. With two refuelings per shift, 2000 hectares can be handled. Gas turbine engine does not consume more than 120 liters of kerosene per 1000 hectares, which is 3 times less than similar facilities do. Installation allows to reduce the cost of processing in 3-4 times compared to aircraft treatment or boom sprayers.

Gas-dynamic facility "Taifun-M"

Universal gas-dynamic facility of disperse chemical and biological treatment "Taifun-M" is designed for disinfection and desinsection of elevators, poultry, livestock and other premises. The facility has its own chassis and also can be installed into the body of UAZ-452 or "GAZelle".

Gas-dynamic facility "Taifun-M" is as productive as "AIST-2" but 4 times more economical. In comparison to AIST-2, gas-dynamic facility "Taifun-M" has some undeniable advantages, e. g., it can produce solution of dispersion acceptable for destroying pests, as well as be used in different ways.
